Responsibilities : - Coordinating with various stake holders to gather the input data required for business analysis and reporting - Industry and business research requirements - Liaison with different departments to help organize and participate in industry events and conferences - Manage dialogue with various external stakeholders for relationship management - Highly Collaborative with internal and external stakeholders - Considerably good at managing key projects and update the project charts with Senior Management - Work very closely with sales teams and guide them with sharp inputs for business analysis - Report writing, preparation of summary documents, case studies etc. - Continuous industry tracking - Should have handled big databases of customers, partners, dealers, SKU's, cost structures, etc.. and must have developed business scenarios and trend indicators - Project Management - Basic understanding of Netsuite and Navision will be an added advantage Eligibility : - MBA /Engineer with 5+ years of Business Analysis experience preferably from FMCG, Banking, Telecom, Insurance co's - Experience in industry and business research in a financial advisory/financial services - Knowledge of financial reporting - Basic understanding of Netsuite and Navision will be an added advantage - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and internal/external communication - External stakeholder management and negotiation skills - Good at MS Office suite, should have excellent presentation skills - Experience in rural sector - not mandatory but good to have - Ability to work independently under pressure - All rounder personality, to be able to do anything if required - Passion for a social cause - We are also open to the candidates who have Financial planning and Analysis experience.
