This position is responsible for all direct and indirect taxation and statutory compliances, monthly books closing and periodic report preparation, review and analysis. The position shall have contact with the Global Controlling team and the MD India which requires strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal. Key responsibilities:- - Be designated as the CS for the Company - Responsible for all Direct and indirect tax and statutory compliances and assessments - Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy. - Collaborates with other teams to gather all necessary information for closing and analysis. - Tax advisory services for different business scenarios - Analyzing specific areas of spend and advise for cost optimization / value accretion opportunities - Working capital management - clear end to end visibility of AR and inventory - Ensure an accurate and timely monthly and year end close - Leading the Finance adoption of NetSuite - Assistance in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit Ideal candidate:- - CA and CS with minimum of 4-5 years- experience in a similar position in Finance & Accounting - Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, presentation and time-management skills - Good analytical and number crunching abilities - Ability to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external stakeholders - Proficient in both verbal and written English
