Job Expectation and Scope

Scope of the role covers

- HR operational excellence and development & execution of recruitment plans and hiring the best possible talent for the organization in line with Job expectation. partnering with managers & HODs to identify talent gaps and fill the gaps by using the active network through industry contacts, social media, driving employee's referral program and other channels to ensure that the gaps are filled within TAT effectively and efficiently.

- Manager under the role should work with a highly collaborative approach and be able to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. He/ She must possess strong organizational and communication skills and an ability to prioritize work. He/ She should be keen on taking initiatives and be able to work in a dynamic environment with people across all levels of management and cross-functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition: For on-roll as well as off-roll employees, builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making reports; maintaining rapport. Understand the applicant requirements by studying job description. Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with hiring managers. Prepare and maintain hiring dashboards and present during reviews.

2. Support the entire employee lifecycle starting from recruitment of an employee till the exit.

3. Onboarding & Induction of new recruits: A simple and precise onboarding plan provides a great experience for a new employee. He / She will be responsible for planning and execution of the same.

4. HR Operational Excellence: Preparation of monthly Manpower headcount analysis. Updating and maintaining employee records in Oracle HCM HR systems, records, and reports with accurate employee data maintenance. Sharing of Headcount report, and other employee dashboard with Global HR team on time. Accuracy of Data in the reports.

5. Performance Management System: Facilitate the process of goal setting, quarterly review, and year-end review process. Defining KPIs of key functions viz. sales, Customer Service, SCM and Quality, track actuals against them and help HR Head to conduct Quarterly reviews with the respective functional heads. Ensuring KPI's upload in Oracle HCM system by timeline and providing status update on performance reviews for timely closure. Communication mail to all employees about their performance scores and feedback. Identification of Low & High performers and identification of key talent across function.

6. Culture & Engagement: Driving Rewards & Recognition process as per defined timeline. Create culture of d.light iHOPE values and effective communication to the employees.

7. Employee Engagement: Employee engagement activities by conducting regular activities via online or face to face at time in office. Analyze engagement data and work on Action Planning & monitoring the progress.

8. Assist with benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement.

Successful Candidate Profile

1. Postgraduate from premier institute preferred MBA/PGDM in Human Resource.

2. Advanced analytical skills with experience in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy.

3. Minimum of 3 to 5 Years of relevant Talent Acquisition, HR Operation & Talent Management experience.

4. Strong presentation skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office - Presentation, Excel & Word.

5. Exceptional verbal, written and visual communication skills.

6. Self-motivated, self-driven with a solution-finding approach/thinking.

7. Demonstrate high values of ownership in a dynamic and fast-paced-culture.

8. Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and organize.

9. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Last but the most important - High Level of Integrity, Passion for a social cause and solution-oriented approach.
