Salary offered: 10 - 12 LPA Sales Executive - d.light&nbsp; Key Responsibilities : - Boost online sales and manage marketplaces - Amazon India, Flipkart, LoomSolar, Indiamart, Snapdeal, Limeroad and reseller marketplaces - Meesho, Shop101, Glowroad, ClubFactory, Wooplr. - Create and manage Marketplace specific promotions and offers; Running paid advertisements / sponsored ads, Keyword Campaign Management, Lightening deals, FBA promotions, Customer review generation and management - Execute marketplace management activities like registering on marketplaces, creating stores, enhanced listing, interacting with respective category heads of different marketplaces - Experienced in increasing month on month sales significantly; expertise in making few products as Amazon choice and getting seller flex - Catalog/Content Management - manage catalog listings for different Marketplaces; Research category-specific relevant keywords and mapping competitive sellers &amp; content optimization - Maintaining Rich content for Product pages like Title, Description, Images, Keywords to ensure product and brand rank organically; share insights to achieve price competitiveness - Handle day to day marketplace operations - Inventory management, order processing, Tracking fulfilled / non-fulfilled orders, reporting and managing returns; Payment Reconciliation - Courier Return, Customer Return, etc.; customer feedback management - Interacting with customers &amp; vendors for product related queries, complaints or for the valuable feedback - Hands-on experience of social media marketing (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to drive traffic to marketplace stores to boost visibility and sales - Generate leads, respond to queries, and acquire customers on bulk marketplaces like Alibaba, Udaan, Indiamart, and other B2B global / Indian marketplaces Successful candidate profile : - Any graduate (MBA) with experience in achieving SIGNIFICANT ONLINE SALE TARGETS on e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Flipkart, Udaan, etc - Should have made few products bestsellers on different platforms like Amazon, Flipkart etc; Exposure on getting seller flex - Hands-on experience in Sales Forecast and analysis, Category Management, Product Analysis, and Inventory Management - Passionate to drive sales; Should be able to run and manage online promotions to achieve online sales targets while maintaining budgets - Must be proficient in promotions, MS Excel and managing data - Excellent English has written &amp; oral communication skills Benefits - Biggest Learning Opportunity to become a comprehensive e-commerce sales specialist with exposure to global and Indian retail marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Flipkart, etc.) as well as bulk marketplaces (Alibaba, Udaan, etc.). - Multi-faceted training and exposure to cross border trade, online sales, customer management, ecom operations, and marketing directly under the mentorship of Sr. Management
