Key Responsibilities:

Sales operations:

1. Managing packaging material, labeling, invoicing requirements

2. Responsible for processing and dispatching orders on a regular basis

3. Generation of sales invoices and maintaining accounts on a daily basis

4. Troubleshooting platform-related issues with timely follow up

New business development:

- Brand and product registration on new portals including compliance in keeping with platforms- requirements

Reporting:

- Publishing of sales, returns and inventory reports on a periodic basis

Processes implementation:

- Tracking implementation of SOPs and suggesting changes for optimization

Successful Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/Post-Graduate in any field with at least 2 years of experience

- Handy with Excel

- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
