Key Responsibilities :
1. Preparation of monthly rolling forecast and variance analysis: P&L, balance sheet and cash flow with application of basic accounting principles
2. Ongoing business support through data driven decision making, working out pricing/ commercials, stock purchase plan, schemes/ contests, and calculation of commission/ incentive
3. Operational Excellence: Assist in defining KPIs of key functions viz. sales, Customer Service, SCM and Quality, track actuals against them and help MD to conduct monthly reviews with the respective functional heads.
4. Driving improvement in margin/ efficiency/ productivity by providing visibility of data through reports and dashboards
5. Develop, update, and maintain database, value chains and trend of various performance metrics related to business, operations, and finance
6. Keep a close track of progress against the overall India business KPIs and raise timely flags/ alerts
7. Preparing presentations and summary documents for executive communication and reviews with Global Leadership team
8. Assist with benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement
Successful Candidate Profile :
1. BBA or MBA from a reputed Management Institution, preferably in Finance
2. Primary skills - Strong Business Analytics and understanding + experience of financial and management reporting and project management (> 5 years of work experience as Business Strategy Analyst / Manager)
3. Desired skills - Multi function exposure and experience on driving Operational excellence, cost optimization, improvement in efficiency, process improvement, consulting
4. High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint along with attention to detail is a must
5. Strong communication, inter-personal skills, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
6. Ability to manage diverse tasks with strong prioritization ability meeting all goals in agreed deadlines
7. Experience of working in ERP would be helpful, though not mandatory
8. Last but the most important - High Level of Integrity, Passion for a social cause and solution oriented approach.
