Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for monthly/quarterly and annual closing - Preparing the MIS reports and Cash Flow forecast and conduct variance analysis - Maintains and updates working knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including new filing practices, deadlines, and any company-specific information - Assists with preparing annual financial records, including meeting deadlines and ensuring all financial practices and records comply with accepted accounting standards - Monthly/ Annual tax deposition & returns - GST, TDS, Corporate Tax, PF, ESI - Preparation and representation for assessments - Income Tax, TDS, Sales Tax, GST, VAT - Compliance with statutory and regulatory norms - RBI, FEMA, FDI, TP, Applicable laws - Company secretary - Governance, legal advice, maintaining company records & statutory register, convene AGMs/ meetings, keeping up to date with regulatory and statutory changes - CA and CS is mandatory
