1. To deliver as per assigned KPI of the business/ Channel and driving the top-line. 2. Driving Team on their assigned KPI and deliverables 3. Team development and orientation, there by controlling attrition. 4. Planning & Execution of BTL activations as per business objective. 5. Supporting the TSI/TSM in the day-to-day activities 6. Strong knowledge of respective and neighboring areas 7. Should be able to handle a team of at least 6 - 10 TSIs/TSMs. 8. Strictly monitoring of sales and distribution targets 9. Ensures accurate delivery of products in all sales channels.
