A. Position Summary:

This position exists to ensure the following:

- All the compliances both regulatory and internal is met.

- Preparation of various periodic/adhoc MIS on Investment.

- Analysis of portfolio and exception reporting.

- Ensuring the stability of Investment Management System

B. Key Responsibilities:

Achieve Key Business Milestones

- Preparation of Daily MIS on Fund Exposure and sending to the team within the set timelines;

- Preparation of MIS on Investment and Investment Committee reporting requirements;

- Regulatory and Internal reporting/compliance requirements;

- Ensuring the accuracy of Mater creations in Investment Management system;

- Responsible for the limit monitoring in investment management system;

- All the requisite information and assistance is provided to Front office;

- Carrying out analysis on portfolio and Computing portfolio returns (regulatory and internal);

- Exception Reporting based on the SOP & IP;

- Preparation of Competitors NAV Report to compare the performance with competitors;

- Coordination with Custodian, Banks, Counterparties and Brokers.

- Data to Marketing/other team is provided within set timelines or any Adhoc requirements;

C. Job Specifications:

Qualifications:

- First Class Post Graduate; Candidates with CA / MBA qualification would be given preference

Experience:

1. At least 4 years post qualification experience with minimum 2 years in Investments of Insurance/Banking/other financial Institution.

2. Should be well versed with Accounting Principles/Accounting Standards & Investment valuations.
