- Track record of success in promoting super luxury products or services
- Strong knowledge of the luxury market, trends, and consumer behaviour
- Deep understanding of high-net-worth buyers' behaviour and preferences
- Track record of successful marketing campaign development and execution
- Proven Experience in Event Management & Brand Management
- Stakeholder Management & Team handling is a mandatory requirement
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop unique and compelling marketing campaigns
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Experience in organizing and managing high-profile events and collaborations
- Proficiency in luxury brand aesthetics and understanding of the luxury consumer's mindset
- Attention to detail, exclusivity, and a deep understanding of the luxury consumer are paramount
Candidate Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should be willing to work 6 days per week and should not be averse to putting in extended hours.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent communication skills, and presentation abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and dynamic real estate market environment
- Comfortable with working on weekends and long hours
- Well-polished and possess finesse and flamboyance from super luxury events' perspective
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients
