DJT Corporation & Investments Pvt Ltd. Is hiring for Sr.Manager/ Manager- Finance for Noida location.

Designation: Sr.Manager/ Manager - Finance

- Strong understanding of Business model, Financial Planning, Budgeting, Analyses and control, monitoring variances, Identifying trends, SAP/ Oracle

- Desirable Knowledge of CS, CFA, Taxation

- Must be: CA (Qualified)

- Experience: Around 8-10 years (Post CA Qualification)

Job Description:

- They should possess a strong understanding of the company's business model and industry and be able to use this knowledge to provide an independent perspective and to constructively challenge the commercial and operations teams, ensuring that business decisions are grounded in solid financial criteria.

- Manage risks as the business executes on its strategies and initiatives as well as establish and maintain a strong internal controls environment and financial reporting processes.

- Financial planning as well as analysing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions.

- Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecast; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.

- Recommends actions by analysing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials.

- Review the actual status by analysing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.

- Supervision, control & Monitoring of day to day accounting and financial activities

- SAP/ Oracle
