To establish &amp; develop Dixcy business from various channels - LFS (National &amp; Regional), MT (National &amp; Regional), Institutional Sales (CPC, etc.). Accountable for achieving sales and distribution targets defined for Indian market. Sales Promotions &amp; Programs - Conceptualize &amp; formulate Trade Marketing calendar as per business strategy for pan India - Design &amp; implement trade marketing inputs - schemes, articles, rebates, etc. - for Retailer &amp; Distributor partners - Plan &amp; execute loyalty programs for Retailers &amp; Distributor partners - Work closely with product team to develop Sales Plan for New Product Launch - Design &amp; roll-out monthly, quarterly, &amp; annual incentives aligned with business strategy for the field force (Zonal Managers/Regional Managers, Area Managers, Territory Officers, etc.) - Work closely with Zonal Managers/Regional Managers for developing RTM (Outlet addition, geographic expansion, capability enhancement, etc.) - Liaise with Zonal Managers/Regional Managers to execute any Retailers/Distributor partner activities - Contribute to develop annual sales plan for brands/channels/regions Cost &amp; Process Compliance - Budgeting for Trade Marketing spends across all brands/channels/regions - Perform spend analysis for schemes, loyalty programs, etc. &amp; roll-out new plans - Take up initiatives to aid business growth &amp; optimize spends - Implementation &amp; reviewing technology in sales process - Sales Force Automation (SFA) &amp; Dealer Management System (DMS) - Effective dashboarding &amp; reporting of key parameters Reporting and process management - Work closely with finance to understand budget vs actual spends - Work closely with product &amp; operations team to understand stock availability &amp; plan sales accordingly - Pilot systems and processes and implement to other sales channels
