JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Financial Modelling and Valuation : Creation of excel models with accuracy of output

2. Data Sourcing & Analysis : The candidate is expected to show initiative & drive in data sourcing analysis & a high level of awareness of the Real Estate sector. Ability to come to conclusions from the data is an essential requirement

3. Due Diligence : Coordinating due diligence activity with 3rd party consultants

4. Analytical Skills : A sound understanding of analytical principles & financial conceptual understanding is required. Ability to translate the understanding to the real-world situations & financial modeling skills are essential

5. Identification of new markets/segments : The candidate must spend time visiting new markets/segments & existing markets/segments to get better understanding of the same which will translate into better real-world financial modelling

Eligibility : Preferably a CA or CFA/MBA with up to 4 years of experience
