- Drive activations across brands for both the trade and the field force.
- End to end program management of the trade spends process, with activities such as historical spends analysis, next month scheme input, current month ad-hoc proposals consideration, and resolution of issues escalated
- Monitoring disbursement of all POSMs, articles, vouchers, etc. in the region as per plans. Ensuring daily sales data reporting hygiene
- Preparation, tracking and analysis of the various monthly, quarterly, half and full yearly incentives
- Deployment and monitoring of the in-store execution as per set guidelines, in conjunction with internal field force and third-party merchandising agency
- Provide relevant and regular information to the team, for key, critical data points
