Divisional RCU Manager - Tractor/TW Loan - NBFC

- Team Handling Role,Area RCU Managers are direct reportees.

- Monitor the sampling and identify the negative documents.

- Liaison with the RCU Agencies

- Responsible for managing identification of high risk cases at pre/ post issuance stage, through available tools, systems, manual checks etc

- He should be responsible and make sure all high risk cases are being identified and assigned to respective vendors for verification and are being monitored and closed within defined timelines with high accuracy levels.

- Make sure all reports received from vendors are being reviewed / validated and shared with respective departments so necessary action can be taken on policies before taking final decision. He should be responsible to give / arrange necessary training for team members related to upcoming / emerging risk trends etc.

- He should be responsible to monitor vendor's performance on a regular basis and hire additional vendors on time to meet growing business requirements.
