Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- To provide parts to vehicle assembly plant in an user friendly package that facilitates damage free & economical handling during shipment, storage & delivery; and also operator ergonomics compliance.

- VAVE of packaging for cost, SCM, Logistic saving idea generation.

- Cost effective packaging selection before SORP.

- Plan for every part: supply strategy ,storage, logistic, vanning for optimum landed cost .

- Smooth New Launch, business transfer activity co-ordination: material planning , build tracking ,packaging , supply chain network , logistic & floor radiness

- Shop floor: Visual management , standardization , Inventory , storage system planning & implementation .

Knowledge Requirements:

- Packaging standards & different strategy used in global organizations, Trolley designing, Part Packaging, Operator Ergonomics , Part function, Logistic planning

- New Launch

- Material Handling Operation

- SCM

Experience: 10- 18 years

Educational Qualifications: BE MECH

Location: Pune
