Divisional Manager - SME Lending - BFSI

Job Description :

- Define and lead implementation of business & collection strategy for SME finance

- Annual budgeting and target allocation

- Define division-wise business strategies and identify opportunities for portfolio growth

- Define division-wise collection strategies

- Drive division-wide initiatives for business development and productivity improvement along with quality assurance

- Build a strong zonal leadership team to drive both sales and collections

Job Specification :

- 08-15 years (Minimum 8 years experience into SME Lending)

- Expertise on Supply Chain Funding

- Strong experience in Working capital and Term Loans

- MBA with specialization in Marketing/Finance
