Divisional Manager - Sales - Industrial Products ( Female Candidates Required)
Purpose of the Role:
Driving the P&L of the Industrial business through effective use of Sales & Marketing Strategy, this role is expected to contribute to growing the revenue from the India market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulating and executing sales & marketing strategies aligning with the companies vision.
- Directly responsible for managing division's top line revenue and gross sales margin. Accountable for managing all aspects of sales administration and sales staff planning.
- Collaborate with product managers and distributors, assists in developing relationships with customers maintaining a professional standard that is consistent with company corporate policy and procedures.
- Set relevant targets/quotas with distributors and continually monitors performance throughout the year implementing tools like DM/VM and extensively utilization of SFDC for funnel management.
- Supervises the negotiation of the strategic planning process and the annual operating plan; work with Country Manager and Marketing Manager, sales staff, product management, and senior management to create plans.
What are we looking for In a Suitable Candidate?
- Bachelor's or Masters Degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 12-15 years of escalating experience in sales, distributor management, sales management
- Competent with business software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, at a minimum)
- Experience in CRM such as SFDC will be added advantage
- Experience in Industry environment desired; for sales of capital types of equipment in both private and govt. sectors.
