JD for Divisional Manager - Retail for Chennai location.

Role : Divisional Manager

Grade : EB6 Deputy Vice President / EB7 Vice President

Reporting to : Deputy Zonal Manager

Location : Chennai

Salary range : 30 to 36 lakhs

Purpose of the role : The position has been created to enable clear focus on handling a Division for Retail LAP & Mortgages and To ensure sourcing/profitability/collection in the branches by maintaining high quality of portfolio as per company norms and process.

Job Responsibility :

- PBT [Profit before Tax] for the Region / Division / Zone Manage the Branch's in terms of Sales, Branch operations and administration.

- New Initiatives: Process/ People / Product/ Training & Hand holding the team

- Build a high Quality Loan portfolio for the division of 2-4 Areas.

- Responsible to Achieve targeted for the Region

- Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed

- Maintain Manage & Deliver Branch productivity in the region for Micro LAP/HF/Business Loan

- Responsible for sufficient manpower in every branch to achieve the desired results

- Handholding team of Branch Managers/Cluster Managers/Area Managers to achieve desired targets

- Field Visit with branch team members to handhold in sourcing & collection

- Responsible for sales team to high performance and be a team player

- To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance

- Ensuring 100% compliance to policies & processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies.

- Responsible for training team members on product & handhold

Desired Profile :

- Number of years of experience (15-20 Years )

- Type of companies/sector worked for(Private commercial banks and large NBFCs)

- Responsibilities managed in the previous organizations(Primarily Sales & Collection function. Past experience on the sales& Collection side in Housing Finance /Loan against property/Business Loan)
