Divisional Head - Sales & Marketing - Auto

CTC Range - Upto INR 20 lacs pa + Benefits (OMR 800-900 per month basic Salary)

Job:

- To plan and implement aggressive strategies to achieve desired sales, market share and profitability objectives in a highly competitive & dynamic business environment.

- The job entails leading and motivating a team of sales & marketing professionals, developing & maintaining effective rapport with customers / business associates, implementing innovative promotional campaigns & product launches, prepare and review business plans, oversee multiple branch operations, monitoring market trends, exploring growth opportunities, etc.

- Liaision with overseas principals will be an important part of the job.

- The job will be extremely challenging with ample scope for learning and career advancement in an international business environment with global brands like TOYOTA / LEXUS.

- Working closely with top management in business planning and resource requirements for aggressive business growth also form major part of responsibility.

Qualification: Engineers / Graduates preferably with Management qualification

Age: 35 – 45 years

Experience:

- Around 15 – 20 years in sales & marketing with minimum 5 years in a senior position as Regional Head / Country Head in a reputed organization, managing a large team.

- Proven track record, leadership qualities, effective communication, strong inter-personal skills, sound commercial acumen and pleasing personality are essential.

- Exposure to automotive industry is desired though not essential.
