The key purpose of this position will be to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully mapping the market, identifying business opportunities, building key customer relationships, leveraging contacts, building a strong pipeline and effective and speedy conversions.

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence

- Determines annual product sales and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results

- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales plans for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products

- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional forums

- Negotiate the terms and conditions of proposals with relevant stakeholders and achieve closure
