Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

- The candidate should be responsible for all the Finance and Accounts operations for the company’s PAN India operations.

- Responsible for cash flow planning and working capital management.

- Ensure that financial accounting and budgeting functions are carried out to support their strategic and management objectives to the International Standards.

- Ensure professional management of the budgeting process and that budgeting process is conducted as per the appropriate policy and procedure.

- Manage staff in the Finance function, developing their skills.

- Ensure compliance in reporting and accounting as per regulatory and legal requirements, including taxation, dividends, annual reporting and accounting.

- Fund Management.

- Timely submission of MIS to Higher Management.

- Successful implementation of new accounting system

Key KPIs (where relevant) Key Relationships

- Responsible for the budget preparation and half yearly revision of budget as per global standards/requirements.

- Responsible for ensuring operating costs are kept under control. In charge of financial control, costs, budgets (in conjunction with President).

- Responsible for providing updated financial / management information to the President and Higher Management.

- To deal with all statutory requirements of the company including all tax compliances.

- Responsible for financial reporting which includes management reporting & statutory reporting.

- Develop, maintain and implement thorough financial procedures for the organization.

- Ensure that there is effective internal financial control systems and processes.

- Work towards the achievement of company’s Mid-Term Plan and annual business plans.

- Responsible for cash flow planning and working capital management.

- Fund management and cash management.

- Inter company remittances and their documentation.

Knowledge & Skills

- 8+ years of experience and preferably with a Multinational Company.

- Preferable CA Qualified.

- Must have excellent communication and Leadership skills.

- Should be a Team Player.

- Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.

- Initiative, resourcefulness and attention to detail.

- Should have excellent contacts with agencies.
