Job Description:&nbsp; - Ensure acheivement of Dvision P&amp;L objectives (Top &amp; Bottom line both) - Implement business strategy per guidance of vertical head &amp; as per marketing plan - Implement NPI objectives, recommend product portfolio development initiatives for the division / products he is responsible for - Implement Go To Market strategies &amp; provide recommendations based on learning on the field &amp; other market insights - Be a strong member of CFTs &amp; implement delivery priorities with different stakeholders like SFE, Marketing, Strategy teams - Use data on market trends, product life cycle, market size, competitors and arrive at a plan (revenues, volumes, etc), study seasonality and break it down to achievable quarters and plan how to achieve the same - Conduct sales reviews every month / quarter (at division, regional, zonal level); resolve issues and take corrective action IN ORDER TO maintain / increase sales volumes in the current year - Identify &amp; develop talent inside his division and work for improving capability levels of his team - Actively participates in the TMB process - Holds Managers accountable for overall division team members skills and development of a talent pipeline. - Makes decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines and pressure; able to make a quick decision. - Makes good decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment; most of his/her solutions and suggestions turn out to be correct and accurate when judged over time; sought out by others for advice and solutions. Desired Candidate Profile : &nbsp; - Suitable Candidates at a Head position from Pharma industry - Ortho / Cardiac division. - Candidates interested to relocate to Hyderabad - Desired candidates would be currently a BU Head / Head Sales / Head Marketing / Both in a Pharma company.
