Experience &amp; Education : - 25-30 years of experience in managing projects in various capacity OR demonstrated General Management capability of delivering large projects multiple projects with budget and schedule responsibility - Currently working as Head Projects / Senior Project Manager - MBA preferred Key Responsibilities : - Rich experience in Break bulk, Chartering, Projects, ODC, Heavy lifts and Containerization. - Strong operations professional skilled in Project Management, Heavy Lift and Heavy Haulage Solutions, Operations Management, Freight, Logistics Management, Business Development, Global Network Development, Insurance &amp; Project Execution. - Candidate would be responsible for increasing market share by developing contacts with industries. - The areas of expertise would cover: Enquiry generation, Business Development through client project studies, identification &amp; assessment of client prospects, generating project feasibility reports, creating new business avenues and conducting business opportunity analysis in tandem with market trends. - Provide strategic guidance to pricing and business acquisition strategies. - Motivational management style team handling role with a proven track record of building, guiding and retaining high-performance teams to develop and implement strategies for accelerated growth.
