Division Head - BFS

- Raising of target debt funds as per Business plan and within the interest rate spread

- Preparation of debt proposals and CAM for prospective domestic and foreign lenders

- Closure of post documentation for the debt proposals

- Handling due diligence for prospective investors/lenders

- ALM and Fund Management

- Reporting requirements to all stake holders in a timely manner

- Budgeting and forecasting for the Business Plan of the Company

- Mapping of the budgets vs actuals on an on-going basis

- Treasury management of funds

- Single point of contact for all third parties w.r.t business proposals and assessment

- RBI Compliances and necessary filings

- Responsible for all Finance related functions of the Company
