1. Sector Manager ( Process Food sector )

The Sector Manager - Beverage & Brewing, position is part of the Food & Beverage Leadership Team for India Sub Continent. To lead the Processed Foods in the F&B business driving towards topline objectives. Develop strategy and maintain the course to achieve exponential growth in the vertical.

2. Sector Mgr (Beverage & Brewing sector)

The Sector Manager - Beverage & Brewing, position is part of the Food & Beverage Leadership Team for India Sub Continent. This position is accountable for driving profitable sales growth in the Beverage & Brewing sectors. The Beverage & Brewing sectors contribute more than 50% of the total FC Hygiene business turnover, and provide a strong foundation for the FC Hygiene business in the India Sub Continent.

3. Sector Mgr (Dairy sector)

The Sector Manager - Dairy, Food Care Hygiene business position is part of the Food Care Leadership Team for India Sub Continent and is accountable for driving profitable sales growth in the Dairy sector. The Dairy sector is identified as one of the key growth drivers for the Food Care business in the India Sub Continent.

Job description:

- Accountable for delivering profitable sales growth in the Dairy sector

- Develop and execute sector strategy for the sector across India Sub Continent

- Collaborate closely with the Asia regional sector team and the Food & Beverage Leadership Team in India Sub Continent to achieve the growth and profitability objectives

- Lead a team of sector specialists for providing technical support to the sales team and to develop value propositions for different business opportunities in the respective sector

- Lead a team of key account managers to drive growth across identified key accounts - in the co-operative as well as in the private sector; international as well as local players

- Lead the RFP process in the case of key accounts initiating a competitive bid process

- Identify industry and customer needs for introducing innovations (new products and/or new technologies) in the market and collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing and Sales teams in launching innovations

- Accountable for delivering Sector related Hygiene technical training to the sales team

- Work in close collaboration with the sales team and deliver planned sales growth

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND REQUIREMENTS

Education/Experience:

- A degree from a certified University or College in dairy technology, food technology, engineering, science, chemistry, microbiology, or any other degree relevant for this role. An MBA is desired but not essential

- 5 - 8 years of successful commercial experience in B2B environment

- Demonstrated success in value selling role with increasing levels of responsibility. Experience in field sales, customer marketing, and/or category management in addition to knowledge of working with key or strategic accounts.

Capabilities and Strengths:

- Ability to operate across geographical boundaries, within India Sub Continent

- A positive attitude towards new challenges, must be willing to stretch and strive

- Self-starter with the confidence to take risk, partner with business leaders as required, lead change, and work transparently with all stakeholders.

- High sense of drive and urgency

- Experienced in planning and executing projects ; proven problem solving capabilities

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Proficient in managing time with the ability to multi-task

- Ability to work independently as well as thrive in a cooperative work environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

ROLE DETAILS

- Full-time position

- Based out of Mumbai

- The role involves extensive travel within India Sub Continent : on an average 2 weeks a month
