Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following : Business partnering with the Commercial team: - To provide financial leadership to the Commercial team in : a. Delivering the Annual Operating Plan b. Ensuring the business is on sustainable growth - To support the India Leadership team in setting the strategic direction for the organization - To challenge the Leadership team on all relevant business matters including; overall strategy and business and finance decisions. - To work with internal and external departments in maintaining relationships that allow constant communication/feedback to foster continuous improvement. - To perform special duties as requested by management. Budgeting, MIS : - Be accountable for company's finances; develop periodic financials forecasts, strategic planning, &amp; budgeting. - Drafting Annual Business Plan, Budget and Periodic Forecasts. - Establish and Control budget heads; drive financial discipline in the company; Set Up Financial control processes, including Six monthly/Quarterly Operating Plan, and ensure adherence to budgets. - Provide a systematized reporting of financial data for comparative analysis to plans - Analyse financial data by collecting, monitoring and creating financial models - Variance analysis of actual vs forecast. - Make financial presentations to business stakeholders. .
