Opening with fast growing Cafe Chain in Gurgaon

- Person will be reporting to City Head

- He must have an experience of handling 6-10 stores

- People from Burger chains, pizza chains will be preferred

- Having worked with revenue and cost side is preferable, since this job involves management of end to end P&L

Responsibilities :

- Execution of growth of outlets through understanding of product market fit and strong innovative marketing to capture customers

- Very high on execution role, with complete autonomy

- Maximizing stores revenue and profitability

- Smooth overall operations

- Customer experience and handling grievances

- P&L of the cafes

- Hiring

- Health and safety audits

- Change management
