DistriCo - Technology Head

Main responsibilities:

- The candidate will report directly to Business Head.

- Design digital strategy roadmap by closely working with various business vertical & function heads to understand the user requirement, analyze and get the buy-in of the leadership team and take lead in implementing the roadmap.

- Should drive strategies and initiatives around digital transformation.

- Drive and upgrade digitization and automation of critical business processes to support the needs of a rapidly growing start-up.

- Create and support an environment of cutting-edge digital innovation and best practices, ensuring the use of technologies for the benefit of stakeholders and members.

- Identify the right partners who could collaborate with us to drive this initiative

- Ensure the digitization improves the efficiency and enhances the experiences of internal/external customers and present the ROI for the digitization projects

- Should have experience in vendor management & stakeholder management.

- Collecting data related to the necessary tech specifications of each department and developing and analyzing computer systems that fit those specifications

- Develop modern data pipelines to enable business and data scientists to extract insights from enterprise data

- Knowledge of technology stacks and the ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and guide the technical teams

- Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

Must have:

- Experience in managing projects and project delivery

- Working experience in an agile environment.

- Candidates having experience in B2B / B2C would be preferred

- Preferentially should have 8 years 12 Years of experience
