Distribution & Training Head-General Insurance Co.

The requirement is for our client which is a leading General Insurance Co. in India

The following are the details of the opening.

Experience: 5 to 16 yrs

Position: Distribution and Training Head (PAN India)

Grade : Senior Manager

Location: Mumbai

Salary: Will be offered based on the current CTC

Reporting to: Head - Distribution and Training

Role :

- Managing training functions for Business channels- Agency, Bancassurance, Broking and DM.

- Handling the training budgets, planning EDPs, MDPs, LDPs, External liaising with training academies.

- Identifying & analyzing the knowledge gaps for all business stakeholders viz. Agency, Broking and Banca Channels.

- Directing External- Individual Agents, Corporate Agents, Broking Houses, Broker Employees, Banks & Bank Staff and Direct Channel Employees.
