Key Responsibilities :
- Sales & Revenues
- Budgetary control
- Distribution expansion and extraction
- Network & People
- Accountability for revenue targets for distribution channel for different products
- Manage distribution-related budget and SAC for the zone
- Monthly goal-setting, reviews and progress-monitoring of distributors and preferred retailers
- Resolution of channel-specific and customer complaint issues within timelines
- Coaching and training to AMs and distribution partners
- Achievement of key targets in the distribution network (Revenue, cost savings, market share etc.)
- Achievement of expansion targets through greater penetration and geographical expansion
- Development and retention of team members
- Relationship management with key channel partners
