Job Description
Working Area - Area covering 33 branches
No. of staff Managed - 6 Area Manager + 16 PM + 64 CRM + 64 Cashiers + 512 Cashiers
Officers Reporting to DM - 6 Area Manager + 16 Program Managers
Business:
Develop a business plan for the areas to open new branches, Ensure Area Managers/ Program Managers to conduct area surveys and open branches. Co-ordinate with Admin & HR.
The scope of the job covers business of 33 branches & 3, 20,000+ customers.
Overall responsibility for the business of assigned branches & ensure AM to open the new branches in the designated area.
Set goals for customer & business growth (disbursement & loan outstanding) of new branches & CRS and monitor them monthly through AMs. Responsible for customer and portfolio quality
The Program Manager opens up 5-6 branches and takes over the AM role, if found suitable for the position, till that time DM is responsible for managing the branches and sees that branch reaches all its targets successfully.
Maintain complete information of competition operating in the area.
Ensure that AMs are managing the collection of each branch on a day to day basis and ensure that the follow-up for over dues. Immediately first through CRMs, AMs or the Program Manager and then personally.
Resolve Hard Core over dues (90 days+) with the assistance of Fraud Control.
Build a customer interaction through meetings, functions & training programs and develop a customer organization.
Co-ordinate with Parinaam to extend microfinance plus programs for the customers.
Prepare & circulate a monthly Dash Board consolidated for the entire area along with all the branches and single page Update Report (Achievements/Issues/Plans for next month).
Financial:
Prepare budget for new financial year for the branches in co-ordination with the CRMs & Area Managers.
Responsible for the profitability of the branches & the area.
Responsible for monthly performance evaluation of branches thru the monthly CRM meeting - put in immediate control measures on potential deteriorating branches
People:
Responsible for recruitment, training, development, performance management, communication, staff interaction (Conducts the CRS Representative Meetings with HR) motivation/mentoring & retention of the entire team under supervision in co-ordination with HR Department.
Ensure that reference check to be completed by AM for all the branch staff. CRMs reference check will be done directly by the DM.
