Distribution Leader - Life Insurance

Job Description :

- Develop DLs through coaching, training, team management and support to generate LI business out of them

- Empanel DLs from various sources like life insurance advisor/CAs/MF agents/Share brokers/Loan DSAs/Financial consultants/Post agents etc.

- Provide operational support to DLs in terms of business submission, issuance, pending resolve and new advisor licensing

- Plan, monitor and review DLs on a regular basis - to drive their team activity and case size

- Ensure that the DLs are meeting their team targets and improving their performance and earning consistently

- Undertake activities like Business Opportunity Presentations (BOP) and other such activities to drive recruitment

- Align team members to people and business objectives of the company
