Channel Management and Sales
- Establish and settle the Distribution network (Pan India)
- Ascertain successful product launch by managing distribution, channels and the end consumers.
- Drive sales initiatives and achieve desired targets with overall responsibility of ROI
- Identify & develop new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat / referral business.
- Accountable for sales forecasting, implementing trade and consumer schemes
- Spearhead market segmentation for effective targeting and product launch to achieve desired results.
- Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share matrices.
- Proactively manage and grow the client management, sales strategy for the area, achieving financial plan, volumes, profit and appropriate segment growth and ensuring a key impact on the bottom & top line performance of the business.
- Manage all aspects of marketing activities encompassing merchandising and visibility.
- Manage Strategic planning, business planning and evaluation of new business opportunities.
Team Management :
- Recruit, train, motivate and monitor the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual and group targets
- Enhance competencies of the sales team though product and sales training.
