We are looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience in Distribution Development in Automobile industry.
Role & responsibilities:
Key Mission: Manage the deployment of the offer with the partners of the territory in line with Distribution and marketing plans.
1. Analyzes and map the distribution landscape (Accessibility card, SI/SO card, WAC, Distribution KPIs) and integrate the territory key findings in the tactical plan
2. Validate and implement the Territories Where to play and provide a local plan with key partners
3. Design targeted Dealer/ Fleet experience and actions with specific key accounts and partnership programs
4. Identify and recruit new channel partners
5. Guarantees the application of the anti-trust principles during the definition and the deployment of the distribution strategy
6. Manage the distribution including e-retail
7. Reviews and validates the territorys discount structure to ensure compliance with the Group Pricing to Partners Standard (CTC tool box).
8. Lead and manage the continuous development of the Partnership Programs and make corrective action as appropriate
9. Propose and manage the Distribution Investment budget
10. Plans & forecasts the necessary distribution skill development and resources
