Key Responsibilities :

Financial Planning and Analysis :

- Collaborate with various departments to develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify areas for cost optimization.

Investor Relations :

- Act as the primary liaison between the company and its investors.

- Prepare and communicate financial updates, performance reports, and other relevant information to investors.

- Coordinate with external stakeholders to address queries and provide financial insights.

Management Information Systems (MIS) :

- Oversee the timely preparation and distribution of accurate MIS reports.

- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support executive decision-making.

- Implement and maintain robust MIS systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Financial Reporting and Compliance :

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and tax laws.

- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate smooth audits.

Budgetary Control :

- Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts.

- Implement effective budgetary controls to manage expenses and optimize resource allocation.

Cash Flow Management :

- Manage and forecast cash flows to ensure the company's liquidity needs are met.

- Implement strategies for effective working capital management.

Team Leadership :

- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the finance department.

Process Optimization :

- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance function.

- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications and Experience :

- Chartered Accountant with experience in Audit or Diligence or a Startup.
