About the role : The Digital Adoption Manager will drive and oversee an organization's digital strategy, with a special focus on ensuring employees can use digital investments to the fullest capability. Digital adoption manager will tackle the adaptation challenges, drive adoption, and measure their success Responsibilities : - Managing and Measuring Adoption programs for various clients - Working with internal and external stakeholders to understand challenges to adoption - Developing strategies to overcome challenges - Measuring and Tracking data - Assess and deliver digital assets on given projects - Understanding learning industry trends and being proactive with solutions Requirements : - Graduate/Post Graduate in any specialization - 10-12 yrs of experience in driving and leading digital learning initiatives - Preferably certified in project management/Client management, OD or Instructional design - Data Driven mindset - Ability to work with multiple clients and stakeholders - Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to a problem - Ability to manage projects and people
