Responsibilities (not exhaustive):

- Manage the activities for our content portfolio sales primarily in India (and eventually in Middle East and South East Asia as well) to ensure the company's annual sales targets for the region and the business vertical is met

- Lead customer acquisition by generating leads through demand generation teams, providing online / in-person demonstrations to those leads and organizing pilots

- Bring existing relationships and network to the table on lead generation

- Write commercial proposals and lead commercial negotiation with clients

- Undertake other promotional activities that are likely to culminate in a purchase agreement

- Ensure prompt collection of receivables from our customers

- Lead participation in promotion events like roadshows, conferences and media showcase events

- Help in authoring sales and marketing collateral, including websites, promotional material, concept and case study videos, etc.,

- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the customer life cycle

- Build the Disprz brand

The Ideal Candidate:

Education:

- Masters degree in Marketing, Sales or business management from a tier-I or tier-II B school

- Engineering qualification will be a plus

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years b2b enterprise sales experience in any product

- Experience in selling software or technology products will be a plus

- Experience in selling solutions to HR heads will be a double plus

- Ability to work on stretch goals and highly demanding targets

- Innovation and problem-solving

- Energetic team player, driven and self-motivated

- Self-starter with the ability to work with limited input

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
