About the Role

As a qualified Business development representative you will have to research, identify and screen potential customers who can benefit from Disprz products in the US Market. As the first line of communication with prospects, you should have a strong understanding of the sales funnel, excel at researching leads and at opportunity qualification, scheduling product demos and communicating to the account executive on the client expectations from the product demonstration to address their business challenges.

Responsibilities (not exhaustive)


- Represent our company's products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs.

- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.

- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage with account executives for next steps.

- Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation process.

- Utilize SalesForce, cold calling, intent databases (e.g., Bombora), and email to generate new sales opportunities.

- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services.

- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.

- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.

- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and account executives.

- Report key metrics to track progress against agreed targets.

Required skillset

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Management from reputed university.

- Formal Knowledge of learning design and science, digital content development, and learning technologies and tools will be a plus.

- Should have worked and served for US Market.

- Minimum 4 to 5 years' B2B enterprise experience in prospecting for SaaS Products.

Willing to work in Night Shift

- Past experience of prospecting with HR leaders and Learning and Development (L&D) leaders.

- Added advantage if the candidate has experience of working with any of the HR technology products, such as HRMS solution, Employee engagement solution, LMS, Talent management solution and Recruitment platform solution

- Experience in corporate learning and development is a plus
