About the role : disprz is looking for an energetic and Street-smart sales person who can bring good business and also target driven We wanted to grow our business in Western part of India Roles & Responsibilities : - Manage the sales activities for our LMS platforms / L & D solutions in given geographies, including partner development, business development and implementation, and ensure the company's annual sales targets for the region is met - Lead customer acquisition by generating leads through demand generation teams, providing online / in-person demonstrations to those leads and organizing pilots - Use existing relationships to grow business to new clients and current accounts - Write commercial proposals and lead commercial negotiation with clients - Achieve sales goals and be able to work independently - Collaborate with internal resources to drive larger sales and opportunities - Undertake other promotional activities that are likely to culminate in a purchase agreement - Ensure prompt collection of receivables from our customers - Lead our participation in promotion events like roadshows, conferences and media showcase events - Help in authoring sales and marketing collateral, including websites, promotional material, concept and case study videos, etc., - Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the customer life cycle - Build the DISPRZ brand The Ideal Candidate : - Bachelors / Masters in reputed University - 6 to 8 yrs of B2B enterprise experience in Solution selling/ SaaS Product selling - At least 2 years proven sales record in a reasonably sized market in India- South, North or West - People based in West are are preferred
