THE TEAM

Sitting at the intersection of Content, Creative, Marketing, Innovations, and Revenue, 'Brand Lab' -The Content and Innovation Studio at Disney+ Hotstar, helps advertisers engage with the audiences on our platform through meaningful content and memorable creative solutions and innovations that are beyond inventory sales.

From creating large-scale branded entertainment IPs, short- and long-term Key Opinion Leader (KOL) content opportunities, and associative marketing options to seamless product-based innovations, we offer impactful strategic and tactical solutions to brands by leveraging the strength of Disney+ Hotstar across storytelling, scale, talent and technology.

We are looking for curious, passionate, enthusiastic and resilient curators to help find and partner with the right talent across our spectrum of offerings to realize this vision for the world's best-known brands that partner with Disney+ Hotstar for their advertising needs.

THE ROLE

- You would be one of the driving forces ensuring that Disney+ Hotstar Brand Lab thrives as a content and creative ideas hub for our roster of advertisers, through the right KOL partnerships, building up to a strong revenue stream for the platform

Your key role is to identify, partner the KOL as part of talent requirements in standalone content or branded entertainment IPs. You will also help build their content for brand usage in order to service the advertiser/brand's marketing/communication objective while ensuring appeal for Disney+Hotstar's audience

- You should be pragmatic, detail-focused and result-oriented with experience in Talent Artist relations, Influencer marketing and Revenue planning on the back of Talent led solutions. You should have an operational understanding of Influencer economy, Brand and Marketing fundamentals, Content & Creative planning Sales, and Commercial and legal processes.

- Exposure to digital content fundamentals such as platform CMS and its prerequisites such as Metadata creation, UI design basics, Data and Analytics to create audience insights, Content legalities - S&P Codes and Guidelines, QC and Ingestion process, KPI Measurement etc. will be an added advantage.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Research, identify, evaluate and develop Key Opinion Leader (KOL) opportunities (Popular faces across our shows as well as personalities that encourage strong fandom) based on advertiser requirements and audience trends on Disney+ Hotstar

- Partner the Sales, Strategy and Brand Measurement team to bring the right kind of KOL partnerships to advertisers on Disney+ Hotstar. Be the spokesperson for Brand Lab (Client facing) to pitch these opportunities and drive closures

- Develop and own the KOL relationship with Disney+ Hotstar Brand Lab for business development. Be their one Point of Contact. Manage meetings with the KOL and key stakeholders to ensure a win-win relationship

- Concept development and Commercial planning to build a strong ecosystem for brand interest and execution

- Ensure smooth day-to-day planning, running, delegation, collaboration, problem-solving and delivery on projects (Both Internal and External teams)

- Understanding various digital rights associated with video/audio content and their application as well as the implication is essential

- Track the latest KOL content and brand partnerships ecosystems such as shoppable content leveraging KOLs/ Influencers/ Celebrities and further use of technology in Digital, and keep internal teams abreast of possibilities that brands could pursue on D+H

WHAT TO BRING

- Interest in finding great talent and content fit and content by Celebs/Influencers for their fan base

- 10+ years of experience in Talent Artist Relations, influencer management, and content curation for brand partnerships

- A good network and understanding of the Talent management ecosystem

- Experience in content production (Social/Advertising) and short format storytelling/development (Narrative grammar, the visual language of video, etc.) will be a plus.

- Up-to-date understanding of best offerings in digital content from studios and content creators that brands have partnered with.
