Context: - The new tariff regime introduces a whole new opportunity to create disproportionate monetization value for STAR India thus strengthening the need to communicate directly to the consumer - This person will be required to work closely with key stakeholders to base marketing & media planning decisions based on consumer research. This would be used to create actionable insights to communicate STARs proposition to the trade and end consumer, and thereby, drive reach & revenue. Key Responsibilities: - Integrated Media Planning: Formulate strategy & execute integrated plans for campaigns across TV, digital, print, radio, OOH etc. - Gather deep consumer insights by regularly conducting and analyzing consumer research and brand health tracking - Explore & implement cutting edge technology and leverage automation to enable deep consumer insights - Conduct regular analysis of BARC data, including tracking of competition, and develop actionable insights - Develop, in close consultation with Consumer &amp; Trade Marketing teams, comprehensive media approach for ATL &amp; BTL marketing initiatives - Create &amp; regularly maintain a marketing MIS along with defining campaign performance metrics to ensure high level of effectiveness - Build library of major marketing learnings from various initiatives - Track &amp; manage Marketing and media budgets. Qualification: - MBA/ PG from Tier I institute, with over 6-7 years experience in media planning, performance marketing &amp; consumer research - Agency experience preferred Knowledge &amp; Skills: - Strong Media Planning Experience, with exposure to digital marketing - Ability to understand and crunch large amount of data, such as BARC data &amp; other databases - Robust understanding of Research design &amp; methodologies, Quantitative surveys, and sampling frame - Agility to thrive in a high-flux environment - Ability to manage multiple scenarios and adhere to tight deadlines - Good team player and strong stakeholder management skills. - Robust analytical acumen &amp; excellent with data analysis Personal Attributes: - Agility to thrive in a high-flux environment - Ability to manage multiple scenarios and adhere to tight deadlines - Good team player and strong stakeholder management skills. - Robust analytical acumen &amp; excellent with data analysis
