Our Corporate organization supports teams that create & deliver innovative entertainment experiences.  For more information please visit http://india.disneycareers.com   Department Name: Legal & Secretarial  Reports To : Principal Counsel  Overall Purpose of the Role:  - Executive Assistant Role  - Coordinator for the Studio Legal and Media Networks Legal team.   Areas of Responsibility:  - Managing Travel & Calendar  - Working on PowerPoint presentations and Excel sheets   - Database Management, both physical and virtual  - Contract management includes making project binders.   - Coordination with relevant legal team members for status on their requirements for ongoing projects.  - Assisting the Studio and Media Networks legal team in formatting documents, preparing template letters and applications  - Assisting the Studio and Media Network legal team in setting up and following up on meetings, and all logistical support for the same.  - Assisting all members of the Studio and Media Networks legal team who are of the level of Associate -Principal Counsel and above on claiming travel and expenses, and setting up leave on Disney's online systems  - Liaise with regard to travel and timely intervention if any change in travel taken place.  - Procuring foreign currency and other things required for overseas travel.  - Assisting in the process of contract execution, including follow-up with the stamp duty authorities, printing of agreements, and managing office boys for on-ground execution of the stamp duty process  - Working with online portals for applications such as stamp duty  - Liaising with outside counsel for billing, invoicing and ancillary requirements  - Working on Disney online platforms for billing and invoicing requirements of the Media Networks legal team   - Sending and receiving emails and faxes, organize for sending of couriers, and liaise with courier agencies on high priority courier items  - Assist in preparation of confidential reports or correspondence - internal and external  - Coordinating with the functional heads or other relevant stakeholder.  - Preparing monthly reimbursement claims and updating expenses like telecom, stationary, travel etc. into the software to enable the billing team to bill the expenses to clients.  Experience and Qualifications Required:  - Minimum 5 to 7 years of Work Experience  - Graduate   Industry: Legal department or Law firms.  Skills Required:  - Good Communication Skills  - Good command over English/Hindi  - Relationship Building  - Basic Analytical skills.  - Proficiency with computes and applications such as word, power point, Excel, etc.
