Senior Manager - LCS Sales (Media, Social, Foodtech & Telco)

In this role, you will work with the largest customers and market influencers to establish long-term visions for advertisers and partners across the FMCG Industry. You understand the context of the market, having spent a significant amount of time working in various sales and marketing functions in two or more industries. Within the industry, you will be the primary advocate of Disney+ Hotstar setting and executing a GTM plan that will lead us to meet our clients' objectives and revenue targets. You are an excellent communicator with a proven ability to train and motivate the team to meet their goals. You will use an analytical approach to sales management. You will develop and grow some of the largest businesses in India through a customized account management approach.

About the team:

LCS partners closely with clients that possess both large wallets and significant capacity for Digital Adex Investments. Wide client coverage and deep client extraction are both equally important. LCS contributes between 65-70% to the overall Hotstar Ads business.

Reporting To -National Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and drive a GTM plan including research, develop case studies, and public speaking opportunities that are relevant to the industry

- Own the corporate relationships and business target for key advertisers across the FMCG industry

- In this role, you will own the revenue targets for the Key accounts for the Entertainment and Sports Business of Disney+ Hotstar

- You will be Disney+ Hotstar's ambassador in the market for the accounts you own. You will be expected to understand the Digital ecosystem, be abreast with industry analytics, and be on top of industry trends for the accounts you own

- Develop scalable solutions for clients to optimize their usage of Disney+ Hotstar products

- You will lead a team of Engagement Managers where the focus is on maximizing revenue potential with each of the key accounts you own, evangelizing Disney+ Hotstar as a premium destination for Digital spends

- You will be expected to manage all stakeholder relationships end-to-end

- In this role, you will work closely with the internal sales strategy team, and internal agency team for conceptualization & execution of long-term deals for your accounts.

Preferred Education & Experience:

Preferred Qualification: MBA, preferably from Tier I/Tier II institutes

8-10 years of experience in sales/digital sales from E-Commerce/ Consumer Internet/OTT/FMCG/EdTech Industry, Strong knowledge of the digital ecosystem is a must
