ABOUT THE TEAM Disney+ Hotstar is challenging the old media buying practices by altering the digital advertising landscape completely. The Brand Lab, Disney+ Hotstar's branded content and innovation studio is a key ad-revenue driver and idea hub. The role involves working with cross-functional teams across Disney+ Hotstar and the Star and Disney network which mainly includes - sales, ops, commercial, marketing, product, and programming as well as interfacing with clients and agencies. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Support in the development of custom content (Bespoke and Influencer) pitches and sponsorship proposition for marquee content properties across entertainment and sports while closely interacting with cross-functional teams to drive closures - Monitor and service briefs from the assigned advertiser categories to support an increase in spending on Disney+ Hotstar - Create strong and compelling pitches to showcase developed concepts/ideas proactively and also handle pitches with sales when needed - Regular reporting of storytelling opportunities that can be leveraged by brands as well as data to support business growth. Example: Monitor the category, marketing, business cycles, and branded content work therein, to enable accurate benchmarks in the category for Brand Lab - Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams during pitch creation and execution stages like commercials, strategy, marketing, legal & content operations - Staying on top of trends and aligning with editorial & content creation teams on upcoming impact properties, original content, and network-wide offerings - Maintain relationships and work collaboratively on developing and building concepts with production partners, media agencies, and talent WHAT TO BRING - 3-5 years of experience in branded content and solutions across digital & television mediums with a strong knowledge of the digital ecosystem is a must - Preferred experience in content and project management with hands-on experience in managing and executing production pipelines - Comfort in leading data-driven conversations and using analytics while building on client conversations - Concise yet inspiring communicator - Ability to leverage relationships, build a strong network, and have effective negotiations skills - Exceptional presentation skills to showcase developed concepts/ideas OUR VALUES - We are customer obsessed - We are audacious in vision and action - We encourage honesty and open dialogue - We respect everyone and every point of view - We make objective and data-driven decisions - We believe trust and accountability go hand-in-hand - We invest in each other's growth - We bring our A-game and nothing else - We take charge and get it done THE PERKS - The glory.
