YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Control & Compliance: Overseeing Compliance Ops, as well as conducting periodic audits/checks to improve control and mitigate risk - Analyze Deal grids, Release order, agreements and prepare MIS and reports for reporting's - Ensure adherence to Compliance and other policies prior to executing the sales deals - Monitoring of day-to-day activities such as documents, reports and other controls, compliance/finance related functions - Analyze ad hoc requests, external client's requests, statements, and related decisions - Preparation and release of periodic compliance reports. Additionally, ensure adherence to audit and timelines - Ensures timely closure of deals in Systems, Voiro and highlight necessary approvals for other stakeholders like PRS and Credits - Liaise with Statutory and internal auditors to ensure timely provision of data and successful resolution of queries - Serve as an internal expert on the platform and liaise across various teams to always provide the sales teams with the best of insights to engage and close deals with clients of specific verticals along with ensuring a seamless process for executing sales deals - Knowledge of the Media industry, OTT WHAT TO BRING - Working knowledge of Controls, policies, Accounting, compliance, and risk management - Proficiency with advanced excel; MS Office. Working knowledge of Computer systems, any software will be an added advantage - Excellent communication and presentation skills to ensure compliance through active participation of the Sales team and active resolution of queries and support to stakeholders - 3-5 years of experience as a CA with good computing skills.
