The person will work in the Product Marketing and will broadly work on the following:
- Understand consumer needs and acquire new customers by creating offerings that fulfill their needs
- Track competition and international scenario on daily basis to gain strategic advantage
- Work with the brand team to create and execute tactical communication
- Keep internal stakeholders like management, Sales team, trade, Customer care updated with all product information through training sessions, regular updates, newsletters, mailers, presentations etc
- Creation of new packs, modification in existing packs and changes in policies as per consumer requirements. Removal of unwanted packs
- Competitive mapping and differentiation strategy - Track and analyse competition on ongoing basis, share learnings and use it to maintain competitive edge
- A-la-carte packs design, launch and profitability
- Package Mix - Package performance measurement and undertaking activities to achieve the right package mix
- Tactical communication development along with the brand team.
- Communication on new initiatives, offers, packages etc through various modes like training, mailers, SMS etc
- To zones/Sales Team/Trade
- Call centre on package usp's
- Liasoning with various departments including IT to ensure implementation of schemes and new product initiatives
- Market research/feedback to capture Consumer feedback/insight from the Zones/Call Centre (related to product)
- Internal Communication : Keep all stakeholders updated about competition and updates and regular basis and through Weekly reports
