- Upsell and Cross-sell management
- Increase A-La-Carte penetration
- Sale and stickiness of VAS services
- Running campaign through multiple channels for upgrade and upsell
- Enhance usage and revenues through content bundling and packaging.
- Designing internal content processes for effective content deployments across all platforms.
- Manage the product life cycle including feature enhancement and version upgrades.
- Estimate market opportunity, identify new variations, define go-to-market strategy, and implement the plan.
- Conceptualize and implement monetization opportunities in the existing products and motivate team to sell the idea.
- Liaison with partners and all internal stakeholders for end-to-end launch and ongoing management of the VAS.
- Responsible for reporting of sales and subscriber base along with necessary business analysis
- Engaging with content partners for developing new offers
- Engaging with Call Center partners and agents for effective upsell through outbound
