Dish TV - Head - Data Analyst

- Provide strategic leadership to the team to create business necessary solutions based on analytics using advanced methodologies and ensuring data driven decision making in the organization

- Build strategy to ideate, conceptualize, develop and deploy analytical solutions to create business impact

- Develop methodology and roadmap in conjunction with the management and define data gathering approach

- Hands-on experience on ML & AI is mandatory.

- Lead digital analysis and insights efforts on notable challenges and opportunities impacting digital strategy across Merge Co. and communicate findings to the senior leadership

- Monitor the work on subscriber level data to come up with effective subscriber segmentation & insights

- Assist in providing swift & relevant inputs to Business Support functions like operations, finance, HR etc., to enable cohesive decisions
