- Product management, NPD, partner management, product scoping, roadmap and strategy, technology compass of the tech

- Market research and analysis , Identify and gather market requirements, data analysis, brainstorming feature list, defining product differentiation strategy, , preparing Business plan and strategy for new product development.

- Ideating and implementing process related to new customer acquisition and increasing the timeshare of existing customers by developing innovative solutions, improving existing product flows, analyzing customer behavior through key product analytics /VoC.

- Building end to end solutions and handling entire application lifecycle starting from coordinating with strategic stakeholders, multiple teams like engineering, Quality Assurance, marketing, sales, commercials & platform owners.

- Creating and signing off documentations on functional requirement Specification workflows, user journey, reviewing wireframes, primary design, uses cases, architectures, flow. Gathering, choreographing, and prioritizing the user stories in the product backlog based on business impact

- Preparing A/B testing strategy and feedback loop.

- Tracking usage via key KPI /metrics.

- Analyze the entire payments and refunds life cycle to pin-point the concern areas and coordinated with the payments management team to reduce the breach figures at different steps of the process.

- Conceptualized and proposed the concept of divided SLA for the entire order life cycle wherein SLAs would be given for each key step of the order life cycle- reduced breach in delivery promise by 2%.
